We want you to be happy with what you buy from Tansi_fashions. This policy explains cancellations, returns and refunds.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel any time before your order is shipped — just message us. Once it has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may be able to return it.
Returns
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will replace it or refund you.
Please note: made-to-order and personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty, because they are made specially for you.
How to return
Message us first — do not send anything back before we confirm, or we may not be able to trace it. We will tell you where to send it. Items should come back unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned item, we process your refund within 5-7 business days. Online payments are refunded to the account you paid from; the money can take a few more days to appear depending on your bank. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer to details you give us.
